OneDose + ESO Integration
Streamline Your EMS Workflow
Seamless EMS documentation begins here. OneDose and ESO EHR are now integrated to streamline the documentation process for EMS agencies nationwide. The result? A powerful integration that saves time, reduces errors, and keeps your teams focused on what matters most—patient care. Watch the video above to see it in action. You also can view an archived OneDose/ESO webinar here.
Fewer Clicks, Faster Docs
Automatically sync medications, vitals, procedures, and more from OneDose directly into ESO’s ePCR.
Real-Time Accuracy
Timestamped, weight-based, and protocol-aligned dosing in the field.
No Multiple Entries
OneDose provides treatment guidance and captures procedures with one tap at point-of-care. ESO consumes and stores it—no retyping required. And, with the recent launch of ESO’s AI-Driven Auto-Generated Narrative, you’re sure to get crews back on the road faster.
Built for the Future
OneDose and ESO collaborated closely to launch this integration on ESO’s new EMS Partner API, laying the foundation for faster, universal, and more flexible integrations. This means client feedback can turn into new features quicker, with a smoother rollout across all agencies.
We were drawn to [OneDose & OneWeight] because it prioritizes patient safety. A clear, weight-based dosing approach reduces the risk of medication errors and allows our team to deliver care with greater confidence and consistency.
[I saw OneDose] in use on a medical flight. This job is inherently stressful enough. Now that you take the “guess work and mental math” out of the equation, it allows you to focus on direct patient care. No more over or under dosing medications. Delivering precise and therapeutic care to patients with confidence.
We were dispatched to an elementary school for an active pediatric seizure that had already been going on for 21 minutes. Pediatric calls like that are incredibly stressful, and medication dosing is always one of the biggest pressure points.
Before we even arrived, we used OneDose to look everything up and confirm our medication dosing. When we got on scene, there was no hesitation, no second-guessing calculations, and no scrambling under pressure. We confirmed the patient age and corresponding dosing, administered the medication within a minute of arrival, and the seizure stopped.
Seeing the difference was incredible. OneDose took away one of the biggest stressors on a high-acuity pediatric call and let us focus entirely on the patient. The confidence it gave us in that moment directly impacted the outcome.
I’m incredibly grateful for what this tool does in the real world. Pediatric calls will always be stressful — but this made it feel completely different than what it used to be.
[Using OneDose creates] ease for the end user, ability to integrate with OneWeight to avoid further clinical errors, and quick editing for the administration staff.
Increasing accuracy while simultaneously decreasing cognitive load is a win/win for our team in delivering the advanced next level care our patients deserve. Investment in this technology is just another example of our determination to be leaders in prehospital mobile medicine.
At University Hospitals EMS Institute, our responsibility is to ensure that the clinicians serving our communities have the safest, most reliable tools available. The first system-wide deployment of OneDose across Ohio represents a major advancement in out-of-hospital patient safety.
OneDose – ESO Integration Details*
OneDose isn’t just a protocol viewer or dosing calculator. It’s a platform built specifically for the way EMS providers work in the real world. With this new integration, data entered into OneDose can flow automatically to the right places within ESO’s ePCR.
